KULAKOV ALEXEY KARPOVICH

KULAKOV ALEXEY KARPOVICH (river of 1922), military, party figure. Participant of the Great Patriotic War. On November 3, 1943 as the commander of a platoon lance sergeant Kulakov destroyed a mortar an enemy platoon and 2 machine-gun points, next day destroyed the enemy cargo car and 15 soldiers. For this feat the Hero of the Soviet Union was presented to a rank, but the rank wasn't appropriated to it. After war I served in the Moscow military district (till 1957), then returned to the native land.
