KAZYBEK KELDIBEKULY

KAZYBEK KELDIBEKULY (1667-1763)  adviser of the Kazakh khan to Tauke, main Average biy Horde, diplomat, skillful speaker (sheshen). It is known as the intermediary who managed to conclude a truce during armed conflicts of the Kazakh and Kalmyk khanates. Fought for strengthening of the Kazakh khanate by association under the power of the khan to Tauke of separate Kazakh childbirth and tribes, for the union against the Karakalpak and Kyrgyz tribes, for the peace relations with Russia. One of organizers of people's liberation fight against Dzhungar together with batyrs Kabanbayem and Bogembayem created a national militia. Participated in development "Codes of the khan to Tauke" («Жеті-жарғы» — "Seven truth"). Kazybek bi was the master of the word, "Clear voice" («Каздауысты») is nicknamed in the people. The set of sayings, aphorisms, models of oratory Kazybek bi remained, so which part is published in Soviet period. It is buried in Hodzhi Ahmed Yassavi's (Turkestan) mosque. The name Kazybek bi is appropriated to the district of Karaganda. In the village Egindybulak of the Karkaraly area is established a monument Kazybek Biy.
