OUR INVINCIBLE COUNTRY IS FASTENED BY FRIENDSHIP OF THE PEOPLE

In the territory of Kazakhstan considerable groups of Russian appeared in the XVIII century. By the end of the XIX century their number reached 539, 7 thousand people. Reduction of number of Russian is noted last decade the XX century. Nowadays in Kazakhstan lives 4479620 Russian, from them 614416 - in the Karaganda area.

At the heart of the relations of Kazakhstan and Russia the centuries-old historical links, being characterized the rich internal contents and a variety of forms of interaction lie. Pulls together the countries and demographic factor. The structure of both states differs polyethnicity, a multifunctionality that defines the main vector of their domestic policy aimed at preservation and strengthening of an international consent. About one million Kazakhs lives today in Russia.

As the organization of compatriots of Russia living in Karaganda and area, Agreement fund it is registered on March 14, 1996. In April, 1996 at Russian cultural center and Russian Sunday school are created.

The cultural center builds the work on the basis of close connection and contacts to other national cultural centers. Many professional and amateur creative collectives as a part of which there are singers and musicians of theater of the musical comedy, students and teachers of musical college of Tattimbet, chorus of Russian song of a recreation center of "Railroad workers", theater of a fashion of G. Suvorova, Kurmin Russian national chorus, to which more than 30 years, and take part in its work his permanent head - Sofia Voloshchuk, chorus of Russian song of the city of Abay.

Russian cultural center carries out active exhibition involvement. So, the exposition in the Central House of the artist in Moscow "KARLAG and generations" was the big exhibition acquainting with a current state of Russian art culture of Karaganda, its history and sources. It was shown in an art museum of the city of Tula, in the cities of Abay and Temirtau.

Celebration of Slavic writing and culture, along with performances of national collectives, is accompanied by an exhibition of the fine arts in which the works were represented by known professional painters, among them - A.Plotnikov, L.Smirnova, L.Ustyantseva, L.Frolov, the artists developing Russian or all-Slavic subject.

 

Activity of the Slavic cultural centers in the cities of Shakhtinsk, Balkhash, in Bukharzhyrau and Nurinsk areas is well-known.
